Jason left the corporate world in 2016 to start Blackland. As the President and CEO, Jason has led all elements of the Blackland operation including strategies for both organic and acquisition growth, financing and asset allocation, legal and regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. Prior to Blackland, Jason held various finance roles at Dell, as well as working for many years in commercial real estate. With an Accounting degree from Brigham Young University, as well as a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin, Jason has deep experience in what it takes to be a successful leader in this challenging and fast paced environment. Jason lives in Leander TX with his wife and 4 children.

Aaron has managed the significant growth within Blackland since 2021, leading the operations and buy/sell transactions across the company. With an Accounting degree from Brigham Young University, as well as a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin, Aaron previously worked for many years at Deloitte with some of the largest Fortune 100 companies in the world as a consultant on their most challenging operational and financial issues. He has brought this knowledge and experience to the contracting space to optimize operations, maximize profit, and grow strategically through purchasing and selling strategic areas. Aaron lives in Round Rock TX with his wife and 6 children.

Since its earliest days Kim has been the brains and engine behind Blackland's back-office success. Kim leads our payroll, HR, and recruiting teams. She and her team understand deeply the complexities in running a FedEx contracting operation as well as how to build and maintain a strong team of drivers. Prior to joining Blackland Kim spent 13 years in transportation and office administration. Kim and her husband live in Liberty Hill, TX with their 2 boys.

Starting as a driver, Marco has years of experience at all levels of managing a nationwide FedEx contracting operation. Marco managed the Orlando operation for Blackland for many years before transitioning to a Regional Manager role. In this position he oversees all operational aspects of our terminals and trains our local managers on how to successfully lead FedEx operations. He brings invaluable insights into how to run both an efficient and effective operation, meeting all contracting standards while generating profits. Prior to Blackland, Marco worked for many years as a general manager in the restaurant industry
